Calquera das dúas van sernos de utilidade para mellorar certos aspectos a nivel de Centros: empatía, traballo en equipo, compromiso coa diversidade...
As conclusións deste curso danme a pista de que cando falamos de emocións e de traballo en equipo debemos pensar no alumnado, no profesorado e nas familias, e penso que se terá que crear un apartado (dentro de cada actividade) para o traballo relacionado coa atención á diversidade e todas as emocións que leva implícitas. ¡ Se se vos ocorre algunha idea, poñédea no blog! Son a responsable da organización e vanme vir moi ben!
Dende outra perspectiva podemos traballar (como xa falamos) nos Centros Educativos e dende alí propoñer: seminarios permanentes, proxectos de formación en centros ou grupos de traballo. Este modalidade de formación pode resultar máis axustada ás necesidades que xorden nun determinado contexto.
Os proxectos de formación en centros implican a diversidade de profesionais dentro da mesma comunidade educativa e aquí pode ter sentido o traballo dirixido a favorecer actitudes NO PROFESORADO EN XERAL de cara a atención á diversidade; podendo centrarse en algunha dificultade específica, como podería ser os TXD.
Se vos decidides por o traballo máis específico nunha dificultade é posible que se axuste máis a modalidade de “grupo de traballo”, na que vos poderiades xuntar profesionais especialistas de diferentes centros.
